The mat is of a really good thickness- I was actually worried that even though it seemed to be the thickest on here I'd still want something thicker. Thankfully I don't, it's perfect for someone who doesn't want to feel the floor beneath them during pilates (or whatever you want the mat for) as it is nice and thick and squishy. One side is smooth, one has small canals running through (that is the side I stand on so I don't slip, but probably it should be the other way up so the mat doesn't slip.) So far I have only used it on a carpet so I can not remark on how it copes on a slippery floor, but I suspect it would keep still very well as it is not a slippery material. Well made, good price, I hope it will last forever. It is also really long.

This mat was intended for use over tiles in the kitchen to ease my arthritic feet when standing at the sink, I intended to cut it to make it a suitable length.Trying the mat the day it arrived and being convinced of it's very durable quality it will be helping me with the yoga positions learned over the years, so good to relax on this mat after days of tearing up old vinyl and tiling the kitchen floor.Great quality mat, good length, good choice of colours and the ridged surface helps to give a massage while exercising..Now I. have to look for that sink mat.

These are superb value for the price, they are well cut, thick and soft and retain their bounce back after a work out. I would happily purchase thesemats again. Do not be tempted by cheaper mats, I made that mistake, these are the best!

I bought this mat because I wanted to start pilates to improve my posture and flexibility. With a house with all hardwood floors this mat was great to use. The mat was think and spongy so I was unable to feel the hard floor underneath. The only downside to this product is where the mat is stored in a rolled position it is quite difficult to flatten the mat fully when in use.

Thick and comfortable yoga mat for yoga and any other activities that require cushioning! Recommended. thank you. 👍

choose this due to its thickness nice insulator!!!i have to say i love this i really do!!!went to camping with this, kept me warm enough!perfect for exercise at home as it eliminates sound and feels warm on the ground!!!fit for my size but im not a tall guy

I've come across a range of more expensive mats online and in shops, same in size but not as thick. These are 20mm thick mats and very comfortable to strech on, good quality as well. Oh and I love the color:) sweet pink!

Good Mat, thick and helps protect back from the floor, however not the colour as advertised; ordered the dark green which seems to be a fresh green but the colour arrived is a dark Holly green. I like it but not as expected. Quality of mat is good though.
