I have found nothing to dislike about this heating pad.I received and used the pad today.The pad itself is soft and pliable. I recently had hip surgery and pad has perfect hip to knee coverage. It gets plenty warm, I used second lowest setting of 2 of of a possible 6, temp was perfect for the sore joints and muscles. Such an improvement over my old small 20 year old pad that still worked, but had the shortcomings of age. I wish I had replaced it long ago. No slip covers to slip, and a far wider choice of temperatures. Material transfers the heat to the skin well. Can be sprinkled for moist heat, but I never tried that feature, I didn't find it necessary. Provided it works as well in the future as it did today I will continue to be a happy camper. Good heating pad! So far. We shall see how long it lasts as someone who needs it 24/7 because I'm always cold. (Granted, I don't think that's the intended usage, but the ones I've gotten in the past for around the same price have lasted about a year to a year and a half so that's my reference point.) It's soft and not cheap-feeling, heats up fast, and the controls are easy to use. I especially like the fact that you can turn it up AND down—my experience with heating pads is that the lowest setting is too hot at times, but that is not the case with this one. It is more customizable temperature-wise than any one I've gotten before.My only complaint is that, when the two hours is up, the screen will flash indefinitely instead of just turning off, meaning it's still using some power. I use this when falling asleep and I don't like the idea of it being "on" for another 6 hours until I wake up again. To be fair, you technically aren't supposed to use it while sleeping, but I still don't understand that design choice.The other thing is the plastic part connecting the cord to the pad can get kind of hot at times. I think it's mainly when it's under the pad or a blanket with no access to air flow. No signs of melting or anything yet, but I'm on the lookout for it.On the whole, I would definitely recommend this heating pad.

Piece of total garbage.. buyer beware do not buy! Worked one time took it out a couple of months ago to try. It had a problem heating up. and now does not even heat. Waste of $30 flushed right down the drain.. I would like to get a refund but it’s a year and a half.

I was having back aches and my heating pad was an old one - plastic cover, and folded up into a mess. I ordered this one, and the improvement is amazing! I like the soft cover and the massage units fit perfectly on either side of my back. The timer automatically turns the massage off in 15 minutes and the heat in 2 hours. That can be frustrating when I am enjoying the warmth, but I can always turn it back on.
