Sooooo worth the money!!!
Definitely worth the money! I almost bought one of the cheaper ones on the market that you have to buy specialty bags for but this was a much better option since you can use it with any trash bag! You end up saving money in the long run! It’s so easy to use and easy to clean my husband loves it and thinks it’s the best investment ever. I read bad reviews regarding the scent but mine has never smelled bad which we change ours often almost every other day or two days. And we use doggie bags for really smelly diapers to insure the smell doesn’t get out. All in all a must have baby item!

Great !
Absolutely great bin. Holds in the smelly nappy smell is a fairly large bin so can hold a lot of dirty nappies!

No smell when in use and money saving.
Very sturdy and can save a lot of money being able to use your own bags. No smell unless emptying, which is natural. Easy to use.

The BEST nappy bin
This is the BEST nappy bin on the market, along with customer service second to none. It’s a classy, neat and easy product, that contains the odour completely. Ubbi worlds customer service has been of the highest quality - super friendly, extremely prompt and very professional, contacting them with a query has been treated with utmost urgency and interest. I highly recommend this bin and Ubbi the brand as a whole.

Excellent for nappy disposal.
This item is one of those where if you have the funds to pay more so, then do it. However, it is at the end of the day a nappy bin. As a first time parent I went with the best recommended on the market through reviews and this was one of them and I agree with all the other reviewers. It locks any bad smells within the bin itself, you don’t need to use nappy bags with it so can save money that way if you wish, and has a lock so little hands can’t go diving in it. It stores an incredible amount of nappies in it so you don’t need to empty all the time, so I would recommend

Use a binliner to prevent rusting, common sense
Saw some negative reviews about this bin and smell etc and rusting. I have a plastic bag inside to gather all the used nappies and zero smell. Our first child and a life saver not having to run out to communal bins after each nappy change and she really lets out some stinkers.

Chocking hazard possibility; Lid cracked
My daughter was born on June 1, 2021 and since that time the Ubbi Bin has been tending our needs. The item is well designed and highly functional—a gift to the realm of a new baby in the home. However, there is a design flaw or quality control issue which is potentially fatal. When my daughter was 10 months of age, I noticed while changing her diaper (the changing area is on the floor) that she had something in her hand. It was was the Ubbi logo--shown in 2 images included in this review.Seeing her with this item in her hand was upsetting and scary as such an item is a chocking hazard for an infant. I feel we were lucky that there was no incident requiring medical intervention. There is no need for such a logo on the bin, particularly as there is a logo on the top of the bin. If a logo on the front is considered necessary, the logo should not be something that can come off on its own. Note my daughter did not pull the logo off as she cannot reach it from the nappy changing area.I notified Ubbi of this issue. The company was responsive and sent me a new diaper bin. However, the design and construction of the diaper bin was defended. Via Ubbi Customer Engagement:“Rest assured we have produced hundreds of thousands of diaper pails since 2011 without this issue, so it is most definitely an isolated incident. While we do understand your upset at the positioning of the logo, but we chose that particular logo and placement as we want to ensure our pail is properly identified and has recognizable branding.”What is of concern to me is that the Ubbi logo is not adequately attached to the pail--not that the logo exists and is placed where it is. The lack of adhesion of the logo is what needs to be explored by the proper parties and ultimately fixed. The reason I wrote Ubbi was so that the logo falling off would not happen to another family. In the end, it is just luck as to whether or not the detached logo ends up in an infant's mouth with whatever repercussions. Fortunately, nothing bad happened to my daughter. All that said, it is easy to remove the logo and thus not worry about a potential injury. Buyer be(a)ware.Update July 2023:In December 2022, the part of the lid which attaches to the bin (hinge) broke off--it had been cracked for some months but was still functional. As is now, the lid just sits on top of the bin and does not open and close at the hinge/attachment given the crack. See images. The bin is made of metal but the moving parts (the hinge/attachment of the lid to the container and the inner ring which holds the bag) are made of a plastic which can break with routine use (not abuse). This is poor design and quality control. These parts should be made of some material which is like the metal of the bin--basically indestructible. There are some plastics which are like such. This item broke with less than 3 years of routine use. Such should not be expected on an item of this cost and given that a child typically uses diapers for 3-4 years if not longer. I notified Ubbi of this issue. A replacement bin was not offered.Via Ubbi Customer Engagement:"The window for a manufacturer warranty replacement on this pail has passed, but again, I will bring this feedback/concern of yours up to the design team."Buyer be(a)ware.
