It s a relief. I was wondering how to discuss about menstruation withy 10 years old to make her prepare and this book give me a relief of that thought. It is written in very easy language and age appropriate way. It just not only discuss biological part of menstruation but also about psychological and social area also. It busted many myths also. Discussion related to hygiene and nutrition was done in great way. I will surely recommend it to all parents not only as guide to menstruation but also as a initial book of sex education ( which is extremely important).Just a little suggestion to authors please translate it in other Indian languages also so that it becomes accessible to all kids and there parents.

BEST for every young girl. A must-read book!
As someone who values education and empowerment, I was thrilled to come across Menstrupedia Comic. I gifted it to my younger sister, and she loved it so much that she insisted me to read and kept sharing all that she learnt from the book!I as an adult too found the comic format more engaging as it makes the topic of menstruation easy to understand. The illustrations are bright and colorful, adding a fun element to the learning experience. The characters of the comic are very real and relatable which helped my sister feel more confident and informed about her own body. One of the things I personally appreciate is how it addresses the societal stigmas surrounding menstruation and breaks them down with a positive and inclusive approach. It promotes menstrual hygiene, provides valuable information about menstrual health, and also promotes body positivity and self-care. It promotes acceptance and respect for all individuals experiencing menstruation, which is crucial in today's world.I highly recommend the Menstrupedia Comic as a thoughtful and empowering gift for EVERY YOUNG GIRL! It's a fantastic resource to learn about periods and growing up! Kudos to the creators for addressing such an important topic with sensitivity and positivity! 🙌Overall, I am thrilled with the Menstrupedia Comic, and my sister is too! Thank you, Menstrupedia, for creating this incredible comic! ❤️

Let's talk about something most of us would rather avoid: periods.
This book called "Menstrupedia" isn't your typical snooze-fest biology textbook. It's actually pretty cool, and I'm not just saying that because i got this for my sister who made me read it.First off, it's like a comic book, with funny characters and pictures that make things way less awkward. It explains all the stuff about the female body and, you know, that monthly visitor, in a chill way that even a clueless dude like me could understand. It even cleared up some myths I had (no, girls don't turn into grumpy monsters every month!).What I liked most was that it answered all the questions I never dared to ask. Like, why do cramps happen? And most importantly, how can I be a good brother when my sis is on her period? (Spoiler alert: chocolate and offering to help with chores go a long way!)Seriously, this book is a lifesaver. It helped me understand what my sis is going through and made me realize that periods are a normal, healthy part of life. No more mystery, no more weirdness, just knowledge. Thanks, Menstrupedia! P.S. If you're a guy reading this, trust me, do your sis a favor and check this book out. You won't regret it. And hey, maybe you'll even learn something that comes in handy

"Menstrupedia comic" was a breath of fresh air!
The media could not be loaded. Talking to my daughter about periods felt like walking a tightrope – wanting to be informative without being awkward, and open without killing her innocence. This comic book did the job for me, and so much more.Picture Perfect: Let's face it, textbooks can be intimidating. "Menstrupedia" uses fun illustrations and relatable characters that grab my daughter's attention and make the whole topic less clinical. It's like we're reading a story together, not studying for a test.Knowledge is Power: The book explains the science behind periods in a clear, age-appropriate way. No more "the birds and the bees" dance! My daughter learned about the menstrual cycle, hormones, and even tackled anxieties like cramps and mood swings. It empowered her to understand what's happening in her own body.Bonus for parents: The book isn't just for daughters! It gave me some handy tips on navigating conversations, choosing period products, and supporting my daughter during those challenging days. Plus, it reminded me of the importance of open communication and building a trusting relationship with my child.Overall: "Menstrupedia" is a game-changer. It's informative, and engaging, and empowers both mothers and daughters to have healthy, open conversations about periods. If you're looking for a fun and supportive way to break the ice, this book is a must-read
