Got this for thanksgiving and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Made me feel like a real grown up to have such a pretty gravy dish.

This gravy boat is nicely made and very spacious. My issue was that most gravy boats are just for show and barely hold a respectable amount of gravy such as required for a large family. This boat is nice and deep and holds plenty of sauce/gravy. The design is simple but matches similar style containers such as your run-of-the-mill ramekin. For the price, this is a great addition to your dinner or special occasion table service.

I wanted a small gravy-boat style pitcher that would work with all the dinnerware we have - from the fine china to the daily Corning Ware. This fits the bill perfectly. It's large enough to hold a substantial amount of liquid but small enough not to be difficult to pass around while it's full. It looks classy and elegant but sturdy enough that it wouldn't tip over or break easily. We plan to use it for gravy, but also for syrup when we have pancakes or waffles, salad dressing when we serve brunch style, or a cream sauce for dessert. I'm considering getting a couple more for convenience with large family meals or when we have multiple liquids or sauces to serve. A great addition to any kitchen.
