Great quality

I love this product! It adds a really nice, biscuit-like taste when added to my protein smoothies.I like to add a tablespoon ( I think you can work your way up to adding two for ultimate health benefits) into my roots and shoots vanilla protein shakes with rice milk and a teaspoon of no sugar chocolate spread. So good!

This stuff is great for increasing your libido and 'strength' in that particular areaIt's not marketed this way but this supplement, maybe combined with kegels too (look up what they are) is an absolute lifehack if you want to improve your sex life without touching any pillsMost days I ingest 3 grams in the morning (personally that seems optimal)Anyway would fully recommend and I can say the quality of this ones great, after having tried a few other brands in the past

The taste is not for me..
I don't have a lot of experience using this product, maybe a week, so I don't think I can really talk about the benefits just yet. One thing I will point out is that the smell and taste aren't great. I'm usually ok with powders in my coffee or smoothies, but I can really taste this one and I'm just....not a fan. I did make protein bars the other day and added a few scoops to that which has made it a little more bearable. I'm going to keep going with it as I know it's good for skin and apparently boosts fertility which is the main reason for the purchase. I love that it's organic and it seems to be good value for money. I'll write another review in a month or so.

Love how fine the powder is!
Very fine powder means it mixes in well with liquida or yoghurts, and isn’t gritty like other brands. It is a little bitter in taste than some other Maca powders i’ve tried but maybe it means it more beneficial/stronger.
