Is the item durable? Mine were damaged immediately!

Nothings durable when it's used wrong.. Don't cook things on full heat lower the tempreture so the food doesn't over cook and stick the pan and then burn.. Some of the reviews are hilarious..

Are they light ok for arthritic hands? dose the inside go dirty lookig after a time?

Very good but after a year of daily use the frying pan handles came off. The pots still going strong. Very nice and light and non stick pots and great white coating healthy and can see food better. My Italian version big pot white inside is going strong after 8 yrs. These pan handles may not last forever.
