I'm only not giving it 5 stars because when it is assembled there is some play in the handle. That said I (female late 50s) managed to break up some heavy soil, that no fork would have got through.I also used it like a spaghetti fork and cleared a whole wall from ivy

This is a very sturdy tool. Works amazing, digging into hard mud after building works. Simple to put together, feels very sturdy and well made with strong materials. Very easy to use and breaks the soil up fantastically. Really impressed.

What a game changer! Ripped out all the dead grass, and primed the soil for planting. I am petit and no trouble using it.

Seems to be ok, tried out on bed and looks like it will do the job. much shorter than was expecting from the photos - wasn’t expecting it to be self assembly but easy enough to do however due to construction, the handle does give a little when using and becomes slightly loose , so think will need to retighten bolts regularly.
