LEGO30111 Harry Potter – Harry Potter Figure With Laboratory of Potions

Bought last year as a Christmas stocking filler for our Grandson, this is a very small set that comes in a plastic bag, and not in a box. It contains a Harry Potter minifigure and a cabinet with a variety of magic potion bottles, the cabinet has a hidden compartment, which reveals a letter and a horn, there's also a little spider included with the accessories. Set 30111 was a promotional item released in 2011, and was a free gift with the Sun newspaper in October of that year, the set was also a free gift with a number of Nintendo DS Harry Potter games, making it quite rare and hard to find. Overall, a nice little set, and although it fits in with the later Lego Wizarding World releases, it's really only for Lego Harry Potter collectors.

I was overall very impressed with this product. The seller was brilliant as the lego come straight away ( i would definitely use them again). The Harry Potter lego lab set is good value for money and seems very durable. It took me about 3 minutes to put it together as i followed the very clear instructions! When completed the lego looks really cool, and i was very pleased that it came with some basilisk fangs and a Hogwarts letter. This product is excellent for Harry potter Fans of all ages.

This Lego mini kit is adorable. I'm just starting my little collection and this Potter figure with his wand is a welcomed addition. Didn't take long to assemble (about 3 minutes), so it would probably be a better small gift to build alongside a larger kit for kids to play with. When assembled the set has a hidden compartment to put your basalisk fangs in to and your hogwarts letter - both included. The lab set comes with 5 tiny coloured jars of 'potions' with separate lids, that slot nicely onto the shelves. Not forgetting the spooky spider. All ace. A must for all Potter/Lego fans. I was happy with the delivery method. It arrived in 3 days.

I had been deliberating on whether to shell out on this little set for a while, and I'm glad I did. I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter and Lego but never actually had any of the sets as a kid, so this has made my day! The set itself is very small, with the lab being the same size as the minifigure, but the minifigure itself is worth getting the set for given the price of stand alone figures. All in all a very charming set perfect for Harry Potter and Lego fans alike.

It looked nothing in the packaging. I felt compelled to go and buy something else to go with it, as it was smaller than I had appreciated.

My 5 year old grandson built this by himself (his first ever unaided build) and is very proud of it. He can disassemble and rebuild it now without the instructions so he's ready to move onto bigger things. It's a pity there's no longer much Harry Potter Lego around to buy new as there's a whole new generation of fans out there ready to buy.

This is a great little set for the price - it contained a Harry Potter minifigure (which is what we bought it for really), plus the lab set and instructions on how to put it all together. My little boy loved it, and the price was great compared to what you can pay for HP lego stuff.
