there is so many plastic pieces inside the pieces of wood that hold it together bit a good few r missing? anyone have that problem?

My daughter and her husband put it together, it took them 2hrs, but did not say if anything was missing. Both my daughter and myself thought it was small for the amount it cost but looked quite sturdy. My grandson seemed happy playing with it with me for a while on Christmas Day, he his not quite 3yrs yet so his attention span is not good at present, plus there was quite a few new toys he wanted to play with as well. I will ask my daughter to measure it and also if anything was missing and update you later. It looked like you could get a lot of imaginative play from it.

Would this be appropriate for a 4 year old

Yes its ideal to let them use their imagination, they can create all sorts if stories with it. Great toy ,great attention to detail just allow plenty of time to to put it together as there are lots of parts. Well worth the effort your 4 year old will love it .

Does this come with any figures?

Yes it has i think there is 4 in bought for grandson

What does the package weigh?

I bought this last month for my son and it didn’t weigh much it’s roughly around 10 kg it was a great purchase but the only issue was putting it together it was almost 2hr before completion but a few shots of whisky during made it go a lot faster 😉
