Get ready to sweat!
This is a GREAT exercise workout! But keep in mind that it's best to do this workout on those days when your energy level is up because you WILL sweat! 🔥 this is a high intensity workout that will give you results if you stick with it. It will be VERY challenging for beginers, and they should break this workout into intervals and rest periods as needed (pause the video when your winded and continue when your hear rate is at a comfotable level or stop when maxed out and continue another day). As you continue to do this workout your conditioning will improve and you should be able to get through more of the video with less rests. This video has many options in the main menu that should keep you from getting bored or feeling repetitive. I have many exercise videos (Tamilee, The Firm) which I also do. Im glad I found Cathe's exercise videos to add to my workouts.

Love the leg workout!!!
I love the leg workout on here-I left off 1 star since I’m not a fan of Boxing workouts.I have many of Cathe’s DVDs and this is one of my favorite lower body workouts since it’s so thorough and she really works everything!!I also love Butts and Guts and her new Killer legs dvd!!

Fantastic workout!
I've owned this video for some time now and I love it. Fair warning though, most of the workouts are fairly challenging (I work out regularly and am in decent shape, and I can complete it just fine, but am definitely tired when I'm finished). This is the video I reach for when I want to do something challenging but fun at home.Some things I like about it, is that each move progresses fairly quickly so I never find myself staring at the clock wondering why the time is going so slow. Also, the instructor, music, etc. is very good, so it feels more like a class you would take at the gym (another thing I love, since I was addicted to the gym until recently, but have discovered how much time doing a workout at home instead can save).Would highly recommend!

LOVE THESE WORKOUTS!
This is an oldie but goodie from Kathe Friedrich. Both the kickboxing and strength training segments are awesome!I like how she recommends that you watch first before attempting to get an idea of the workouts and how she goes through the kickboxing moves at the beginning of the workout.This is one of my go to DVDs when I want something not too intense, but yet challenging out of my regular weight training days. I quite enjoy the workouts and Kathe's energy!

love the Kickboxing section
About 60 minutes of KickBoxing routine and 60 minutes of leg/butt workouts on a Step with weights. The only upper body workout is in the Kickboxing. I wish there was more workout for the upper body.The kickboxing is awesome. It's intermediate, but as with all exercise, you could tone it down or dial it up to suit your level or your mood. It made me sweat. I love combining a good cardio workout (burning the calories and working my heart) while feeling my muscles get worked. Her moves are fun and instructions are clear without being irritating (some of the instructors on other videos have little yelps or perkiness that grates, but not Cathe, she's a great instructor).

I was getting bored with my current rotation of workout videos
I was getting bored with my current rotation of workout videos... So I ordered this one. I found it to be very frustrating in the first 20 minutes--- moves were so fast that my form was terrible and conducive to injury. Also she switched up the movements so often that I couldn't "get the hang of the combinations"... I am sure it will get a little easier with practice but I prefer a slower more powerful set of movements (kickboxing with an aerobic workout) not aerobics passing for kickboxing.
