Good value for money
This is my first time trying a faucet with a filter. This one has three small filter cotton cores, which looks nice and unique. The steel pipe is light in texture, and the price is not expensive. I will give it a try. But it seems that I can't install it myself, so I have to ask a professional for help.

You must run the tap slowly for water to heat up.
Lovely looking tap works well , the heating element heats up teallley well once you put it in the correct position.. The tap water has a forcefull jet to rince plates all in all I recommend this item.

Quick to get hot water and looks like a normal tap
I have oil fired central heating and live alone. Due to the costs of buying oil, I'm trying to avoid buying it as much as possible, and with an eye on eventually going towards micro-generated renewable energy (ie elec only) I basically only have an immersion heater to get hot water. Keeping a tank of water heated for a shower a day and washing a couple of dishes here and there is a bit excessive and as other reviews have pointed out, waiting a couple of minutes for hot water to actually start flowing from the tank/boiler is a huge waste of water and time.My local plumber told me he'd come across these taps randomly and I was a bit sceptical, but after DIY installing this one I have to say it feels like a godsend!A lot of the other models of taps have huge clunky plastic designs and imposing LED displays - I went for this one as it looks like a normal, reasonable quality stainless steel tap - good height on it helps too. I actually wish the LED display was slightly easier to read but it's nice and subtle. Quality of the metal is ok - for the price. Quality and ease of fitting - I'm a beginner DIY person and it was easy enough. Standard 15mm fitting for the cold feed. I do wish they'd be doubly as generous with the supplied mains cable, however as mains sockets tend to be located well away from water outlets for obvious reasons...I get better flow from this than my old standard kitchen taps, oddly. The spray is quite enthusiastic and is not the bubbly aerated style if that matters to you.My only complaint is the ease of temperature control. Yes, it heats up very quickly and now I can wash butter and grease off dishes within a few seconds of running the tap and I can defrost my hands, but getting it to stay at a desired temperature takes a little practise. Tip: Once you work out how much to open the tap, mark the housing and across the tap with a permanent marker line (or tape, or paint, or whatever works for you).

Good for warm water, too slow for hot
Its been great to have as you can have hot water on demand. When using hot water its a trade off between flow and heat, at full flow the hot water is not really warmed at all, but if you turn it down just under half you get great 30-40 degree water for hand washing. You can get water up to 70 degrees but its a dribble at this rate, i use it to heat the mug for my nespresso.I would not buy it if i was hand washing dishes as filling a basin takes too long at s high temp but for hand washing and mug warming its great

Perfect for busy mornings
Life as a busy single mum and primary school teacher means I’m always on the lookout for ways to simplify home life, and this has been an incredibly welcome addition to our household. Installed without too much fuss, it’s been a dream for those early morning rushes when the kids need a quick wash before school. The tap provides a solid and steady flow of pleasantly warm water, making it just right for hand washing or filling up a small basin for a bit of light washing up after our crafty afternoons. The temperatures it reaches are surprisingly effective, enough for a swift clean-up without waiting for ages. One delightful surprise is how sturdy it feels despite what some might describe as a slightly flimsy appearance. Even my landlord, who helped me fit it in, was duly impressed, noting that it’s holding up quite well in the rental. Highly recommend it for anyone managing a busy life like mine!

so that makes it perfect for washing dishes
i managed to get 72 degrees to hot for your hands .so that makes it perfect for washing dishes .but you can go alot lower to..as i have a boiler that requires an hour just to get hot water .this is perfect .saved so much on electricity takes around 8-10 seconds for hot water ..no complaints here ..if your going to buy one of these or any other always go for the long tube ones they carry longer heating coil element .shorter ones your lucky to get 45 to 50 degrees .just remember when finished with boiling water run the cold water for at least 10seconds to cool the element down prolongs the life ..bought many things over my life alot of good things and alot of bad things .i have to say this ranks up the very best thing i bought ....one bad point its 1/2" thread if your uk chances are you have a 3/4" cold tap feed so you will need to buy a reducer "ebay"£2.99 and do what i did buy PTFE tape it bonds seals the screw in so no leaks..i have to edit this my last review was june 2017 ..it is now january 2019 .and im still using the same tap .although there are issues that i have to deal with..i have to remove the plug straight away after finishing ,even though iv turned the tap off the heating element stays on .as i have a plug directly on the wall above its no issue ..if you have a plug underneath the sink could be a bother to you..december 19th the digital clock blew"stopped working" i thought i had to replace it with another one gutted..but it turned out the heating element still worked ,after a few weeks you know the position of the tap for hot water anyway so still not a problem and works fine ..to be honest i didnt expect this to last more than 6 months anyway .its 19 months and still working .am i still happy .YES! as long as my memory is ok and i remember to remove the plug....
