No fuss, does what it's meant to do
This is a fantastic headset. Pricey but worth the money. It is very reliable which is what I was looking for.The headset itself has a 3.5mm jack that plugs into a connector that has a USB A cable on the other end to plug into the PC.I've only had it for a few months but hopefully this'll be the last headset I'll buy for the next few years. The audio works as intended; mic stick is sturdy and works perfectly for video conference calls. If you're looking for no frills headset that gets the job done, you won't be disappointed with this.

Good wired teams headset
Good team headset, comfortable, clear sound and microphone.Handy button on the side of the headset to hang up and answer calls. This is wired therefore no battery life or bluetooth

Good quality
Decent quality product and sound. The only gripe I have is the lead cannot be removed from the headset. As it stands, there is risk of the connector & wire bending when put in the case for transport/

Really like this headphone
Good sound, comfy and light to wear. I'm very happy with it. Excellent noise dampening. Even if my dog barks when I’m on a call no one can hear it except me. The microphone quality is good and I am always confident of being heard. It’s usb or jack plug in and does have a lead but I don’t find that at all troublesome.

Best corldesss headset I've ever used
Before I start, will caveat this right away. These were bought as "opened", but when they arrived they were clearly BNIB, unopened retail, so bonus there. Secondly, I use these with the supplied dongle and that's what the audio quality is based on. Used as regular BT headset, they are like any other - not the best, but that's not the fault of the headset.Plug the dongle in, and you also get a nice status LED. You also get exceptional audio quality and great range. We bought a load of the wired variety of these headsets for our office, but as I travel a lot I wanted something more portable and where wires won't get in the way. When I use these, people cannot tell I'm on a wireless headset, and the noise cancelling is fantastic. They are super comfortable too - I've worn them for hours at a time and never experienced any discomfort. They even come with a nice carry pouch to protect them in transit. Sure, they aren't the smallest in the world, but if that matters, Jabra do a whole range of headsets to suit different needs. I can't quote for those, but these and their wired counterpart are fantastic.Perhaps the only criticism I can throw at them is the battery. Not that it's bad, it's not, easily getting a full day out of them. It's just that it doesn't always announce they are low, and so mid-chat it might cut off. Easy remedied, just plug the USB cable in and you are wired, ready to go again without interruption.Simply brilliant.

Good headphones for work
Replacement set for same brand that had lasted for ages, hence purchased same brand. Comfortable and wear a lot for Teams calls during the day. Well made so will hopefully last as long as the last pair.

Cheap, not perfect but does the job.
I didn’t get good audio quality with the supplied usb cable; it was too quiet. However, when I plugged the headset directly into my laptop, using the audio, the volume was just fine. The audio lead could have been longer but for the price it’s good value as a headset for work. I’d have rated them at 4 stars if the cable had been longer and volume was ok using the usb cable.

Great product; Two tiny annoyances.
I love Jabra products, we use the conference call device in the office. These headphones are definitely worth it. Bass response is great when listening to music. The passive noise cancellation makes working in the office a little better, although I would prefer to upgrade to some active cancellation. The mic noise cancellation I think is very good, with callers remarking that it sounds like I'm working in a library and not a busy open plan office. However, I have two fairly minor niggles the spoil my enjoyment a little:1. The cable/lead is quite rigid and hard to the touch. Which equates to it audibly banging in your ear, even when it brushes against your shoulder you can hear it through the right headphone. It's rigidity means that it splays out in a wide coil and doesn't just fall to the side. It gets in the way and is quite annoying. Audiophiles beware.2. Not a game changer, but disappointing for such a great product. The microphone is supposed to clip away onto the headband. It does this magnetically, but the magnet is extremely weak. The mic base is attached to the right earpiece and when it twists to fit your ear, the mic will instantly pop off the headband. It's still a high quality product, but if you are niggled by small details I'd look elsewhere.
