What is the distance in between the shelves?

bottom shelves are app 11.5 inches on the top there are two fixed shelves and the rest are adjustable i just ordered another one its quite solid but i changed the handles to suit the rest of the kitchen.

Hi, the one shelf in the bottom cabinet and the one shelf near the base in the up cabinet, so, the two shelves are fixed, other shelves are removable, you can see the photos in the page, thank you.

The cupboard your asking about is mdf, and not very good quality. I wish i had taken notice of one of the reviews. Its flimsy it just looks ok. You need to be careful putting it together, paintwork marks really easily and the screws split the wood. You would probably be better buying a unit from a charity shop and painting it.
