Gummy’s get a bad rap but they are easy to take. They are sticky and sometimes hard to get out of the jar but the taste is palatable and it’s not pure sugar. It’s a good vitamin.

I bought these at a supplement store originally for double the price so this is a savings. I have noticed increased energy and better immune help after taking for a couple of months. Taste is not bad at all. Love the fact they are lower sugar than most gummies.

My doctor told me to stop taking these multivitamins because too much B 12 in them! My levels was way too high! I thought they was helping me, but not so. New Chapter you should take a lot of the B12 out!
