Can I put this under my mattress?

Hi, dear, this wedge pillow size is : 24*22*7.5inches (L*W*H). You'd better to measure your bed mattress before purchasing it.

Does the cover come with the pillow?

No. I have to use my ortho pillow. My suggestion would be to get one of those neck pillows that you use on a plane. It works great. I use that too sometimes when I need more support. Also, since it's bright white I put 2 pillowcases over it. I use it all the time. This is so helpful since I have trouble breathing at night due to allergies.

What is the inside foam layer (under the certipur memory foam layer) made of? is it not also certipur?
