Comes vacuum wrapped , not a problem, but the sides kept collapsing and would not stay rigid. This however, was not a concern to Ted, who walked straight into last night and did not surface till the morning. I His other beds didn't have a "roof" as such so I think he feels snug and warm, with no draughts. At age 16, he deserves a little comfort, he's a very happy Ted.

I purchased the large size hut for my cat. The hut was vacuum pack when it arrived and was well packed in general. Once the vacuum pack was opened it enlarges, but does not hold its shape that well. It had a chemical smell which took a couple of days to wear off. This seemed to put off the cat. The cushion inside is a little smaller than the base, its very soft, the material in and outside is of good quality. I would have like the base and the overall sides to be a little stiffer. The cushion can be removed and washed. Once the smell had subsided my cat took more interest and now curls up in the hut.

My pet loves this little cute house of her . Quality is good and it is going to be really useful in winters . Came a bit small then expected but as long as my cat fits in , it’s fine .

It's great once you can get it to fall into shape and that took a very long time. I hung it up, I tried sitting something on the top to squash out the sides, in the end I stood it on its top for quite a long and eventually it took shape.

Poor quality and flimsy. Barely stands upright on its own.

Soft, nice material, looks exactly as described. The small one is definitely for kittens and small adult cats.The plastic/chemical smell has put my cat off going in there, but once I gently wash it, we will see how she feels
