Works great! I love all of the stain devils!

I bought Carbona Stain Devils "6" five years ago. I promptly lost it then, not long ago it turned up.I recently picked up a bag of very black top soil and got little dirt spots all over the front of my cute new, bright yellow t-shirt. Very disappointing. I tried the Carbona on it, following the directions. I was not surprised when it didn't seem to do much at all. I'm pretty good at getting stains out of things, but dirt is one of the few things that I have had little luck with.I then scrubbed it with Dawn and rinsed it out. The stains were gone! I've never had any success with dirt stain removal using Dawn. It appears to me that the combination worked well. Hallelujah!

Here's what I know: While pods work fine when it comes to cleaning, they don't remove all oils. Carbona complex formula (Crayon) works well in conjunction with their other formulas to take care of complex stains. Just don't use PREWASH with any of their formulas because it seems to nullify the formulas. I have used this on baked in stains from used clothing (from thrift shops) and the stains came right out. It's worth having on hand.

This really does the trick to get stains out of my grandson’s baseball and football pants. I got it for me and for my daughter. It’s really five star worthy!

I purchased this especially for my wedding dress (10 years old stains!) and my children's Christening gown. The instructions are easy to understand and I just used my fingers to rub the product in and followed by a gentle cycle in the washing machine. I wasn't expecting much since these stains have been packed away and neglected so I was SHOCKED to see them almost gone on the first treatment and then completely gone after the second. Used on a cotton/poly blend fabric and well as lace. Bottle is very small but I still have some remaining. This is a product that I will reorder and keep on hand for those new spills, smudges that come along in daily life.
