Good Product.
After getting some 18 punctures in two tires by riding over one puncture vine, I decided to put some old fashion green slime in my fat bike inner tubes. Unfortunately, the inner tubes have the smaller presta valves and not the larger Schraeder valves. Green slime has tubing for schraeder valves, but not for presta. I decided to buy this injector kit and I was able to do the job without difficulty. The kit contains a small plastic wrench to remove either presta or schraeder cores. The wrench includes an extra hole to attach it to a lightweight key ring. I had no trouble using the wrench, but my spokes are widely spaced on the fat bike. The wrench acts a like a handle that may hit spokes for wheels where the spokes are more dense. As shown in the picture, hoses come with the syringe. The hoses were easy to attached to the syringe. Sucking up the slime was fairly slow - maybe 2 -3 minutes to get 1/2 full syringe. The discharge of the syringe went fine. I was careful to wipe the outside of the tube with a paper towel before inserting it into the valve stem (core removed). The tube went well past the valve stem, and no slime gunked up the stem. Everything cleaned up quickly with a few water rinses. Totally reusable. Though it looks like a simple disposable syringe, the plunger seems well made as there was no leak by when pulling vacuum to suck up material into the syringe. Everything was nicely package in a box that also facilitates saving the syringe and hoses for reuse.

Works perfect when doing your own Tubeless Tire install
I bought this because I wanted to learn to do tubeless installation on my own instead of paying for the bike shop and being without my bike for days. I know there is another method, but this one seems less messy and easier for me. Have used it to replace several tires, just make sure after each use, to use warm water and soap and run it through to clean it out before letting it dry.

Works as advertised
I've used this a few times to do tubeless conversion on a new bike, and to replenish Stans on older bikes. It works as described and I didn't have issue using it with Stans. I agree with others the price seems higher than what you would expect for a syringe with a tube, but nice to have it all in one package. I don't ever use the valve at the end of the syringe as the syringe does a good enough job of keeping the Stans from dripping out when I'm moving between the bottle and the valve stem. The tube fits in the valve stems without issue.

KOM Tire Sealant Injector kit
I used this syringe type sealant injector through the valve stem and worked pretty good. Very little mess. I siphoned a 2oz amount from my Stan’s sealant container and opened the injector valve after inserting the thin tube that came with the unit through the valve stem with the valve removed and after removing the tube/injector from the valve stem you move the wheel about 90 degrees going back n forth and you’re done. I repumped the tires manually while observing for leaks and pressing down on the tire where I see sealant leaking out till the tire stopped leaking and the tire bead locking into the inside of my new carbon wheels. I cleaned the KOM injector unit rinsing with warm water and drying it up with a paper towel and stored away till the next time I need it. In fact I forgot I already have a sealant injector by Stan’s but now I have an extra injector if somehow it breaks which probably will not anytime soon.

So easy and versatile!
As part of the legion of road cyclists wanting to venture the path of the tubeless road tire, I have to share my experience with this syringe setup. Looks simple enough, and it is. You have an attachment that has a shutoff valve so you don't spill sealant before injecting into the tire, an extra hose that I assume is for sucking out sealant through the valve with the core removed, and another hose that threads onto the end of the syringe and that firmly attaches to the tubeless valve itself. It also has a plastic tube that is also used for removing the valve core. I attached all the hoses, added my sealant, attached the hose to the valve on the tire. Open the valve and inject your sealant of choice into the tire. I got no mess, and no problems with the sealant I bought for this purpose. This thing just works, that's all I'm gonna say. It has everything you need and nothing you don't for this job, which was done by an absolute beginner in this case. I'm happy, which is all that matters today! Take my money anytime!

Perfect
Works perfect with no mess from adding tire sealant

The provided extraction tube is too short
I purchased this so I can extract old tire sealant before replacing it with fresh sealant, but I can only extract 95% of the old sealant because the provided extraction tube is too short, even for a 2.2 xc tire.

KOM Cycling Sealant Injector Easily Used Cleaned & Stored
I tried a competitor's injector, which is threaded onto the valve stem, what a pain in the 'blank'! KOM Cycling rigid plastic syringe type needle, once the valve core is removed fits directly into the valve stem, push the plunger down, wallah you're done, re install the valve core, pump up the tire and you're on your way. To clean out the syringe, remove plunger, fill with warm water push plunger down, remove the two section needle assembly and separate, store all three components, the flexible tubing, the rigid needle and the valve core removing tool in between the syringe housing and the plunger (my bike tubes have Schrader valve cores, I couldn't figure out how the valve core removal tool provided works on my tubes so I added another brand core removal tool ( Motion Pro 08-0183 Valve Core Remover ), even it's 1 1/4" length fits into the same storage space along with the two tubing halves. The only improvement I would make is a molded ring onto the underside of the bottom edge of the plunger or do what I did, I added a thick water hose O ring seal under the head of the plunger which locks in both injector tubes). Overall the KOM style sealant injector injector is much easier to use and clean than the screw on brand. I recommend the KOM Cycling Sealant Injector Syringe to all cycling enthusiasts.
