Can't tell is they work. I shoved one in my belly button, thinking that's how you put it on. But it was very difficult getting it out!!!! Had to poke the hell out of my bellybutton to take it out.

I’ve been using this product for bout 2 yrs it’s helped me lose weight never had issues with it I love it I keep buyin it can’t do without it. The only thing that’s helped me maintain my weight after I lost weight with it.
