Poor support!
I found it impossible to get the unit to recognise, let alone connect to, the IP cameras on my LAN.Included manual is basic, to say the least, so no help there.Tried on the manufacturer's site for help, too, but that was no use either.So, OK, admitting defeat, I sent an email to manufacturer's TS email address.Did eventually get some replies, from various folk, mentioning all manner of irrelevant things, but nothing that came close to identifying, let alone fixing, my connectivity problems.If you buy one, and it works for you, then you're all set.However, if you buy one, and it doesn't work for you, don't expect any meaningful help from the manufacturer.I sent mine back for refund and purchased an alternative - Tenveo PTZ Camera Controller 4D Joystick PoE IP Keyboard Controller - which pretty much set itself up.

Functionalities not working.
It was very easy to set up and connect to our 2 PTZ cameras but the set pattern,set home and set patrol functions are not working and the zoom speed control is also not working. Disappointed!!!
