Shower heads sold to California residents must meet strict flow requirements, not exceeding 1.8 GPM, and be registered with the California Energy Commission (CEC). Since this HammerHead Showers Metal Dual Shower Head Combo is rated at 2.5 GPM, it is not eligible for sale in California. At HammerHead Showers, we do offer California compliant shower heads that do not exceed 1.8 GPM and are registered with the California Energy Commission. Q: Do they make one with a filter?
