Built Like a Tank, Fits in My Pocket
I bought this Pelican wallet for hiking and travel, but now I use it every day. It’s seriously tough—waterproof, crushproof, and even blocks RFID. I’ve dropped it, soaked it, and shoved it in overstuffed bags, and everything inside stays protected. The inside holds my cards, some cash, and even a key, and the elastic strap keeps it all in place. Feels super secure with the snap-latch too. If you’re rough on your gear or just want peace of mind, this is totally worth it.

Perfect trail companion, keeps everything bone-dry
Pelican’s reputation for high quality gear is why I grabbed this wallet for summer hikes, and it lives up to the name. The hard-shell case snaps shut with authority and seals tight, so sweat and rain stay outside where they belong. I no longer worry about my leather bifold turning into a soggy mess or cash sticking together by the end of a long trek. Inside, the dividers hold a few cards, folded bills, and my park pass without rattling around, and the RFID shielding is a nice bonus. It slips easily into a cargo pocket and weighs next to nothing, yet it feels tough enough to survive a tumble down the trail. If you need a wallet that shrugs off moisture and abuse, this Pelican is worth every penny.

Everyone should have one
The wallet is super durable and makes rainy season and outdoor adventures a breeze. Only downside is the latch sometimes comes undone from moving around in your pocket. I tie Paracord around it and place the hinge side of the wallet away from me and it seems like it hasn't been opening up.

Rugged, dependable wallet with a few caveats
This has been my EDC wallet since purchasing it in 2022 and it has held up well over countless adventures.I won’t go in to all the good things about it since potential buyers mainly want to know things to look out for. Therefore this will seem like an entirely negative review but that is because I’m only focusing on the few bad things. Overall I recommend this wallet. So what are the down sides?1. Feels chonky in your pocket. I typically carry mine in my sling pack so it’s not a problem, but in your pocket it will feel like a fat, squatty cell phone.2. You’d think it would hold more based on the size. Right now mine has 7 cards in it (a mix of credit cards, drivers license, insurance cards, and a Chipolo tracking card (which is excellent, btw). That’s plenty for what I need and I could probably cram a little more in, but when you do that it starts getting difficult to close. If you need more than that in your wallet this might not be for you.3. Becomes hilariously pressure locked after an airplane trip. I discovered this when I was at the rental car counter trying to provide my driver’s license. The Avis guy thought I was nuts because I couldn’t open my wallet and had to borrow a flathead screwdriver to pry it apart. It will equalize after a few hours if you can wait that long but I recommend just opening it up before you take off to avoid the issue. If these aren’t deal breakers for you then you can do a lot worse than this Pelican wallet. The thing is bombproof and I never worry about anything inside it getting crushed or wet.

Does exactly what you would expect
I wish this thing was just a little bit smaller but otherwise it's perfect. The wallet is solid, secure, and fits plenty of cards. It almost fits too much because even with several IDs and cards in the wallet they don't sit in snugly and that can mean they fly out when you open it if you're not paying attention. If you have lots to carry around, though, you shouldn't have that issue. It's heavy, solid, and I'm pretty sure I'll never need another wallet. Was this meant for daily use? Perhaps not but that's what I'm doing. This thing seems expensive but it is absolutely solid and I'm happy with it.

Perfect for people who work outside
It works, seals cleanly and completely. I had to wade through tidal flooding with this in my pocket and later that day when I stopped at a gas station the inside was totally dry. Similarly been out in pouring rain all day soaked through to the skin, shoes squelching, and the wallet didn't let a drop in.

Best Wallet ever
This is the best most secure wallet I've had. I'm able hold everything that i need, which is my ID and 5 other cards on the top, and a couple of double folded dollar bills on the bottom pocket with my house key. closes and opens just fine. I usually never use the outside strap, but comes handy to hold loose pieces of paper (receipts, business cards, etc) until you get home. Worth the money.

If only it was a bit larger
I've been using this for years. The value has been worthwhile, it's very durable, but color faded quite badly after use. It's very secure, and quite thick. It's very wieldy, and easy to use, but don't pack too much into it or it'll be a pain to open again. The interior isn't very big.
