Great size
It’s a nice size. Makes balancing more safe. Great for core workouts. Especially just starting in building the core. Also great for stretching. Follow them on instagram for so many ideas!!

Great Product, Poor Packaging and/or Seller
Love the Bosu Ball, have exercise balls but have been wanting one of these for a long time for my home gym and also to use at my stand desk. Ball was fine, packaging seemed secure, NO PUMP, NO VALVE PLUG!Fortunately I have an air compressor in my garage and spare exercise ball valve plugs. So for me this was no problem or I would have sent it back. Bosu Ball seemed new and unused, as did packaging but there was no pump or valve plug in the box.

Like other's have said, it only came with the Bosu and a pump, no plug to hold the air in, no manual, and no DVDs. I don't really want the DVDs, but come on, I need a plug or it is useless. I've just emailed the seller and Bosu. Hoping for a quick resolution.

We bought this for our son who needs balance work and improvement for tennis, but our whole family is enjoying it now.

Be aware
This item did not come as described. It did not include the pump or a plug. My husband could have inflated it but that would have been a waste without the plug. Also it did not have any dvd's or workout information at all. I am returning. I was told the blue Bosu ball has the necessary equipment included. Be Aware!

Accept no substitutes!
This is the best balance and stability trainer on the market. It is highly durable and the safest geometry for home use. If you really intend to invest in balance training, nothing less than the Bosu will do.
