Poor documentation
This is a product that so far I’ve found very little documentation. Nothing in package unless you read mandarin and on line the link doesn’t work. So right now I’ve giving it a 3 but that may go up or down if I actually get it to work.

Wouldn't work with Interactive Software set up
Tried this with an Interactive Software setup for my students, and the camera never worked consistently. In fact, in about 6 hours of trying overall, it worked for about 10 minutes. We purchased a powered-USB plug to help support its use which was suggested. It still did not work. I contacted technical support and went through all the steps they said to try - still did not work. Very disappointed in and frustrated with, this camera, which was the suggested one to purchase by the interactive software company. And, I believe that now I am stuck with it since it's past the 'return window."

Great while it worked.
Completely died after only 4 months.

Not for camera tripods or any other mount
If you plan to mount it on a tripod or any other mount do not buy it. The mount hole is not the standard size.
