AMAZING Sound Quality and Noise Canceling.

I use this in my truck because the hands free in the stereo is terrible. I can leave it turned on and use it just for phone calls or for whatever I’m listening to. The other end can’t hear all the road noise around me and the calls are sharp and clear. Long battery life too. I would pay more for a model with active noise canceling to reduce the road noise and drive in silence. But over all I’m happy with it.

Purchased these in November 2023, we were very pleased with their comfort and sound quality. Unfortunately in May 2024, the dongle broke into several pieces while removing it from the USB slot. We reached out to Eksa support immediately. They verified the purchase and sent out a completely new headset. Satisfied customer all around.

Three months is all this lasted me I work from home and it’s very important for my background to be completely silent. After only three months the microphone muting went out…… I’ve been at work all day thinking I’ve been muted but come to find out they heard everything in my background all day because the mute stopped working praying I still have a job tomorrow….. on top of that who has almost $100 to throw in the trash like this this is so pathetic and just to think I’ve told people these headphones were great and recommended they buy them ugh now the jokes on me 😑 great while they lasted

This is my 3rd headphone set I've tried to get working on my work laptop, and my 3rd headset I am returning. The previous two had no dongle and while connected to the laptop when I ran Zoom or Teams, I got a buzz, the laptop locked up then my connection to the headset was severed.This one has a dedicated dongle. It connected almost immediately, setup was a dream! Then I launched/tested on Zoom & Teams video conferencing. Also worked. Recipients stated I was extremely clear. The sound was great too.Then I noticed I heard in the distance someone doing yard work. I shouldn't have, as I have (supposedly) noise-canceling headphones. I looked at the headset controls, then the manual. No button or switch to activate NC. The manual says it has noise canceling, but now how it works.I had to go to their website for support. First, this model isn't even listed on their site. That should be a warning sign. After a few minutes of searching, I went to the FAQ and saw an entry about NC. Their answer is NC is passive and uses "AI" technology to determine if it needs to be active or not, *when using your microphone*. So if you have your headset on, but not in a video conference or anything, it won't come on no matter how much noise is going on around you. BIG negative for me.Then the sound itself. It seems the headset goes into "standby" or "sleep mode" often. Because when, say when I get an email notice sound) there's a split-second delay in the sound, missing the initial part of that chime while it "wakes up". Between this and starting music or YT videos, that initial delay makes it feel like you've been on mute and unmuted during the play. Very distracting for me.Overall for the money, this has two huge shortcomings of this headset. So now I'm returning my third set and searching for a fourth.

this headset is just amazing simply plug & play no extra software needed. straight forward to use, decent quality. my first pair i have for my work, they were amazing but got misplaced couldn’t find them, i bought another pair for work & i have had zero issues. it connects automatically, very comfortable, has volume control, i can flip the microphone to mute, & now that i have the ability to work from home i got a 3rd one for that specifically. clarity of my voice is crisp on calls, i can hear people clearly, the price is a little expensive but its a great headset!

Works relatively well when connected to the pc for teams calls, with cell phone connected for music in between. battery lasts over 8 hours. Sound is okay, not for an audiophile, but adequate. Earcups are a little small, and puts enough pressure on the ear to be uncomfortable after an hour or so. Microphone works well, auto mute when boom is raised is a good idea, though prompt is a little annoying.
