Ultra useful
Not to hard, not too soft, great for use after spinal surgery to take the pressure off when sitting. I also use it as a more normal style pillow by putting one part under my head and placing the other part down my neck and back for added support. Very good price, especially as it comes with a pillow case, although I've never found any of these to last particularly long because I tend to use them so much. Definitely a good pillow for anyone requiring extra support when sitting or in bed.

When I got this I couldn’t believe how thick this was this feel very comfy. I brought this as I will be having surgery soon and thought this would make me more comfy while recovering. Cannot wait to try this out properly highly recommend this
