This guide is very useful to me, as a new Instant Pot user. It has information which I need to be able to make substitutions or changes to recipes. I had been worried about ending up with undercooked or overcooked items in recipes. A friend’s recipe for Beef and Barley Soup was made simple with the guide! No having to load up the slow cooker in the morning and then waiting all day and hoping that it would be goos. About 20 minutes in the Instant Pot, and it tastes as if it’s been simmered all day! That it hangs on the fridge means it’s at hand, and having the pages plastic-coated makes it simple to clean up after after use!
