This one is much better than my old over the rearview mirror phone holder. Easy to release button on the side makes this so much more functional and it's nice and sturdy. It doesn't slip off the mirror and fall. Great purchase!

Love this phone holder. I had one previously that was clunky to use and did not last long. This one operates smoothly. Just click to take the phone out. The "arms" stay open, so you don't have to click again to put it back in, which leads to less wear and tear on the holder. Very easy to install, adjust and move around. Not clunky at all! Liked it so much that I bought one for my son.

I was looking for a phone holder that would not leave sticky residue all over my windshield. It can get very hot where I live and its inevitable that over time the suction cup will melt to my windshield.This product perfectly solves that issue but it does come with some drawbacks of its own. The piece that comes down from the rear view mirror holder is pretty long. Great for holding your phone horizontal or vertical under your rear view mirror, but as almost all phones now are fairly big and weighty, it does leave a lot of room for vibration. This may be an issue that my rear view mirror is not super strong but it is a big enough issue that over time it does move my rear view mirror and looking at my phone while its shaking can be annoying.Overall if you are done with product that leave melted plastic on your window and you have a strong rear view this is a great choice. For me though, the vibration and weight will probably drive me back to a suction cup product just for the stability while I drive.

Stability:This was difficult to place on my rearview mirror in a Ford Escape as it is has bulky mounting screw joints. I no longer can use the little latch that lifts the rearview mirror into night vision mode. Otherwise it is holding the phone well and I am able to move it over to the passenger side for an obstructed view when not in news. It has several joints to do so. Has been stable on the road but does not seem like it will last overtime if used daily. I only use it occasionally for long trips.

Ok, I have a 2025 Chevy Trax LT and this works. Anyone looking for one for this type of Chevy. This is sturdy and it was easy to put together. Getting it adjusted was a little effort but it is solid. The position is great. The ability to swivel the phone is great. I bought the magnet and it holds on tight. It does not move unless you want it to move. You can lift the phone up and down. I was nervous about this purchase but it WORKS. The adjustable arms are great! The grips for the mirror are durable. I highly recommend it. They even include a second magnetic ring if you every need to apply it.

Great product, solid construction, easy to use. The only downside is you need to keep the knob tight which controls the up and down. I generally keep the phone sideways in the holder and the holder tends to loosen a little causing readjustment. Now...it doesn't move by much, so it's not that big of a complaint. Also, if you are travelling across rough roads the weight of your phone might cause your rear-view mirror to drop slightly. Again, not that big a deal, you just readjust the mirror. This is the third type of phone holder I have bought within a few months and so far, I like it the best.
