Dang, this is an incredible product! It is every bit as tasty as the McCormick brand but at a much better price and a reasonable quantity! The 4-ounce package has enough for use in holiday cooking. I've used this with green salads and potatoes. The mild onion flavor is just right.

Like all dried spces, the flavor is somewhat off, but it is much easier to use. These are relatively flavorful for stuff that comes out of a bag, not from a herb garden.

I loved the fact that they taste just like the fresh chives at a fraction of the cost. I can put these in a Tupperware to season my food at work or I can take these on a camping trip. The fact that there’s more than enough in this package to do this is a plus. I used to get other brands that were like 6-7 for a bottle. But this will last a couple of months. I’m trying to save every dollar I can in this economy.
