Actually work which surprised me

Hard to say how much effect these really have. I used them on a couple of bites, and they MIGHT have helped a bit ... but definitely not an instant remedy. Not sure I'd bother with any more.

Calmed the itching immediately and stayed on for ages

These are absolutely useless.They are fabric plasters in a hash shape. They are not medicated, they do not have any special properties. There is no research or medical data/information behind them and absolutely no reason that they would ‘draw out’ the substance in the bite that is making you itch.I don’t understand why they have so many good reviews. They do however stop you scratching the bites as intensely as you might without them as they create a shield. Maybe this helps some people, but it’s certainly not making my bites go down.
