Found out that saw palmetto is recommended in women's supplements (past 45), did my research and it converts any excess testosterone into hair growth on the scalp. Great brand. Purchased for prostate health, and it really does seem to make a difference in the number of times my husband gets up to use the restroom in the middle of the night when he takes ut regularly. When he takes it, he usually sleeps through the night.

Helps with my PCOS
I have PCOS and I read that this can help with some of your symptoms. I have horrible acne from my PCOS and this stuff has cleared up almost all of it. It’s suppose to help block DHT in women which is the main culprit of acne in women with PCOS. I take it with zinc to help maximize absorption and noticed a difference almost immediately after I started taking it. Definitely worth a try for women struggling with hormonal acne due to free testosterone.
