Has worked well for our family so far
We have an old Xbox 360 that we still play every so often with our old games. We realized that the batteries from our old charging dock were starting to wear out after years of use so we purchased this one to replace it. It has worked well for us and we haven't run into any issues yet. The batteries hold a good amount of charge or our gaming use. The only thing we had to scramble to find was a free USB port to plug the charger into since that is the power cord for it and not a regular power cord that can go right into the outlet or surge protector. We were able to free one up but I wish I would have seen that somewhere in the description before I purchased it (it could be there and I just missed it). Other than that it has been a good product.

Little or NO quality control.
I like how light these are, and it's convenient to be able to just set the controllers on the charger to charge. I had a very similar one of these that was wireless instead of wired and 1 of those batteries stopped working after 5 years of use. To bad these didn't have the same quality control or longevity as my original rechargeable battery-stand combo. If you order these I recommend testing to see if the power on a controller before charging, checking the voltage levels when fully charged, and try using both of them equally so that if one of them is defective and will only work for a few hours you'll be able to catch it in the first month and still be able to return it hassle free.I ordered two of these. At first I thought only one battery of 4 broken, not to bad I'll just get a replacement sent. So when I get my replacement the first thing I do is test the batteries in controller, neither one would power the controller on, so I try them on the charger and 1 of the batteries after 5 minutes started to charge, after charging overnight I tried it in a controller and it powered on (I only powered it on and then turned the controller off). Later that night when I tried to use that controller it not longer would power on, and it would no longer charge. The another battery stopped working after a few hours of gaming, luckily I got lots of rechargeable eneloop batteries to use instead, I'll just by a few more so I can swap them out without having to wait for them to charge. Also 1 of the batteries always had a warning low battery level, and it wasn't even the one that stopped charging. At the end of the day only 2 of 6 batteries were fully functional. To bad I returned 1 of those working ones in my original return.

Almost Ruined My XBOX
The box says you can power this charger through the XBOX console so I did exactly that. My XBOX would not cut on and the power cord turned to a red light. I moved the charger and switched outlets and nothing changed. I unplugged this thing, switched back to the original outlet and my XBOX cut on immediately. I then plugged this thing in on its own directly into my power strip and all the devices I had already plugged into the power strip (tv, alarm clock, air purifier, printer, etc.) turned off. If you decide to use this do not plug it into your XBOX or any other item that uses usb. Use it by itself with a wall charger in its own outlet without an extension cord.

Gift for Old Man-In-law
I bought this for father-in-law as a Christmas gift. I he loves them and is grateful that he no longer has buy batteries for his XBox controllers. Time will tell how long they last, but for now they are good to go.

Broke after 6 weeks
The media could not be loaded. Broke after 6 weeks. Charge indicator went from working normally to always being like a yellow color with the red and green light on. The light stays on whether it's charging or not. Couple days after I started doing that it began smelling of burnt plastic. This is after the one month return period.
