The unit arrived when estimated and everything packaged perfectly and manuel easy to read and understand.I tried every setting, but primarily wanted it for my shoulders and it exceeded expectations. It came charged which was a delight and especially enjoyed the massage setting. Worked magificently on my knees and the EMS function were surprisingly enjoyable not causing any discomfort with percise level intensity settings.I still gave it 5 stars because the unit surpassed my expectations as i thought other 5 star reviews were just excited hype, but i see now why others rated it so high.The only minor dissapointment was that a few of the pads kept coming off and not sticking well, but i used cloth tape to adhere it to my body and found it amazing none the less and besides when the pads become worn and used and you kick yourself for not ordering more and desperately wish to use the unit again, youre probably going to use some kind of tape to make them stick and so i cant rate that as a product defect right out of the box, but wished to give an honest review and dont let that from detering you from purchasing this unit because no one has lifetime sticky pads so regardless of how much you pay for a unit you will come to a point when youre going to use cloth tape on your pads.Great unit and even better price.......

I was expecting it to give a little massage, but it really makes your muscles jump if you set it too high. Nice machine, I've been using it a lot and it seems to be holding up.

I used this along with biofreeze and it really helps to loosen my muscles

Received item on time. Good seller. The manufacturer of the unit started building this unit in 2022. Per seller, they are sending my some extra gel pads at no extra cost. So far I have not seen or any info on when would I received pads from seller. The unit works great. The manual book is hard to read due to small prints. But they do have manual online which can be downloaded and easy to read. This is my first time buying this kind of unit. The pads look good. Not knowing what kinds of pads exists out there. Therefore, can't say much about it. Other than pads are working good. I have used this unit two times and it's great. I used on my legs. Where I feel weakness in legs. After using for first time for 20 minutes. My legs felt strong and no weakness. Highly recommend the seller and product. Not seller fault that Amazon delivery this item at 10pm at their locker. I wish Amazon can fix their night time delivery to day time. Because your 3 day to pick starts at 10pm when they deliver. Watch out for Amazon timing. I had to cancel 4 times with Amazon due to their delivery issue. That's Amazon problem not seller.

Everyone should have one!!! This eased the pain I had and love using it everyday

This tens does seem to help with my lower back pain and it's simple to operate..pads seem to stick well but I have only used them twice so far..I've only dared to turn it up to 12 but it's supposed to have 40 intensity levels? Can't imagine how intense that would be? Can't beat it for $20

I purchased this product Jan. 21, 2025 and it stopped working on March 1, 2025.smh my return window ended Feb.25, 2025…and still don’t change fact that I am stuck with a product that only worked for 1 month and a couple days!!!
