Seems to be working well. However, they are very large capsules and difficult to swallow.

It does help, but I still get those hot flashes at night.

If you zoom in on the label, you’ll see these contain only 2mg of the key ingredient. (So why are they huge?) 1000mg refers to the entire bottle, which seems incredibly misleading. There are legit 250mg capsules available elsewhere on Amazon.

I took these for awhile because of an article I read about using a combination of genistein, resveratrol, and green tea to help loose belly fat. I think combined with the others things I was doing exercise & diet-wise, it helped. I eventually ran out of the 2-3 bottles I had purchased, and then went for over a month without any. I started having lots of bad hot flashes. Then I realized that I hadn't been having any hot flashes when I was taking these regularly. So, I ordered more, and after about a week of taking 2 of these 2-3 times/day, my hot flashes were gone again. Thank goodness!

I began taking these last year when my hot flashes were effecting my sleep and consequently my sanity. I have been taking 4 a day and while the hot flashes are not gone they are tolerable. I sleep through the night now. I have a medical issue which makes taking estrogen replacements impossible. The doctor said this was OK for me to take.
