I recommend
This is the best tool I have found to remove grout. Easy to use and does the job. I have arthritis and this worked great

Solid product.
Worked as I hoped it would. Much better than a utility knife.

Pretty good, not perfect but affordable and worth a shot
Pretty useful and I’m happy with it! It can be harder to use on 1/16th grout lines though. But it worked out for me regardless. I was able to scrape the grout and make enough room to regrout.

Cleans up old grout.
I know this is a grout saw, designed to remove grout that is going to be replaced with new grout, but the grout in our house had a lot of grime when we moved in (built in the late 1950s) and no amount of cleaning has gotten it properly clean. I once had a grout saw that I used when I was actually removing grout, but couldn't find it (maybe I got rid of it before the move) and I wanted to try a grout saw to remove just the top layer. The problem I had is how thin the strip of grout is. The other grout saw I had was kind of like sandpaper on the blade (it looked a bit like a sparkler) and I thought getting the same thing would be too wide for the spacing between our tiles. This one has two blades that actually look like a saw, so if it was too wide, I was going to remove a blade. This photo shows some grout that has been cleaned (white) and some that still has years of grime. I'm so happy with this purchase! Once I finish cleaning up all my grout, I plan to buy some grout sealer to help keep it clean, and hopefully my bathroom will look great until I renovate or move, whichever comes first.

Budget friendly - but hard to work with at the bottom and corners of tub
This was cheap, and for the most part it helped to grind down grout between the tiles in the tub except when you get to the bottom and the corners. The screw holding the blade in protrudes out beyond the plastic "trim" so I ended up scuffing the tub with the metal so it left gray scratch marks. The handle is not really ergonomic.I ended up buying a multi tool + grinding blade and that worked a lot better!

Good quality
I appreciated the handle that was large enough to not scrape my knuckles.

Works well
This worked well to remove my caulk, and I only had to use one of the blades for the whole bathroom.
