If I could leave a zero star review I would.
Initially the product looked good and was installed as per manufacturer instructions. This initial satisfaction was short lived when the shower screen seal leaked at various points and failed to seal in the corner of the unit. Upon further investigation it was clear the seal was defective and warped. It has now caused £130 worth of water damage to the bath panel and I have had to purchase a replacement bath panel.Contacted the seller to request a replacement or refund and they have been very unhelpful first offering me £20 as compensation, to which I declined as this does not cover the cost of replacing the item or damaged bath panel. They then asked if I would like a replacement to which I agreed, then they offered me £30 instead of a replacement. I again declined the £30 and asked for a refund or replacement. They have since requested I return the item before they will issue a replacement/ refund which would leave me with absolutely no means of protecting the bathroom from water damage therefore meaning I wouldn’t be able to use my shower. Awful product, awful customer service and support. I do not recommend this product solely based on the company and its woeful response. Will now have to absorb the financial loss of the shower screen and water damaged bath panel and use a different supplier.

Do not buy
After just 2 months of installation all the black powder coating is flaking off really badly. The seller was very difficult to deal with. They've bow given me a refund but I now have to find another black shower screen and pay someone AGAIN to take off the old one and replace with a new one. And it's likely that I'll have to retile as the holes will be in different places. This shower screen is not fit for purpose and should be withdrawn from sale. Buy somewhere else and avoid the annoyance!
