How long are these pencils.

My 2nd grader used it. It's about 18-20 inches long and about 4-5 inches wide. It works but we take care of it so that the lead doesn't break. Still have it a year later.

If this is 35mm diameter, what electric sharpener would work for it?

This is more of gift for 1st-3rd grader or a teacher. Although it's functional, we keep it put up when not in use so the lead doesn't break. It's more for show than to use.
