Hands down the best garlic powder you will ever try! I use it liberally in 80% of the food I cook and I buy a pound at a time. The secret that makes this different than anything you buy in the store is that it’s ROASTED garlic. That gives it a deeper garlic taste without the sharpness. This lives in its own vessel right next to my salt well. My kitchen just isn’t complete without it! Try it - you’ll be hooked!

This is easily the most fragrant and flavorful granulated garlic I've ever tried. I'll definitely be purchasing this again when I run out... which will probably be soon.

I really like the richer flavor of the roasted product over the granulated raw. The granule size is perfect for integrating into sauces, soups and stews. The tough plastic pouch keeps the product fresh longer and doesn't allow the garlic scent to permeate out of the package. Recommend storing in glass jars.

Works as an addition to dry spice rubs.
