good clean alternative to other medications!
love this in replacement of ibuprofen! just note that it’s not an anti inflammatory, more so just a pain reliever! but it works great! use for any type of pain, menstrual cramps, headaches, works great for hangovers too! appreciate the clean ingredients in this, definitely a better option to other over the counter medications!

I switched to Genexa for its clean formula, and I’m glad I did. It works just as well as regular acetaminophen for headaches and body aches, but without the dyes or artificial additives. Safe, effective Gluten free alternative to Tylenol
Works and is Gluten Free and corn free. Genexa acetaminophen is safe for celiacs — so I buy and use this instead of Tylenol (which heads up is not celiac safe.)

Gluten free, works well
I appreciate that it’s gluten free. So many are not labeled anymore and might be processed with gluten etc. Glad to have a company stick by gf! And I like that it doesn’t contain a bunch of icky ingredients. I’ve taken one so far and it worked fine.

Tylenol’s Organic Cousin
I’m not the type to chase ‘clean’ ingredients. I’m pretty old school and will usually take whatever gets the job done. But this stuff? This is the real deal. Regular Tylenol always leaves me feeling like my body’s trudging through molasses and my brain just switched to Windows 95. Genexa gives me the pain relief without the weird after-vibe. No dye!
I'm so excited to find a medicine for my kids that are dye free! They love the taste and it works just as well as store bought. As a mom I like how they made the bottle to be turned upside down to distribute into a syringe. Makes it super easy to use and not waste a drop.

Supposed to be less ingredients than regular Tylenol-I must have misunderstood that it only deleted dyes.
