Very thick and durable
My significant other works outside a lot and these socks have kept his feet warm and provide a lot of cushion. The quality is exceptional and the color and fit have remained the same after being worn the last month and washed several times

Excellent Socks
Fit Well, wash up great, nice and warm. nice color, I wear these over another pair of socks in my uninsualted winter/rain boots and they work out great. I also wear them on colder days and they keep my feet toasty warm

Very slightly small for my feet.
My sneakers are either 11 Wide or 11.5 Medium. These "Large" socks are barely long enough. I'd have been more comfortable with "Extra Large." A few years ago, I got Carhartt extra-large -- maybe that's all that was available at the time, and they are still like new. I should have checked my previous order to get the same size.Update, 5 months later: The socks are a little small for my feet. If your feet don't have neuralgia, the Large socks will be nice and snug. If your feet do have neuralgia, you'll want the Extra Large.

Tight band around top
Gorgeous socks. I have bigger calves and am of advanced age. These are too tight around the top. So tight, I wouldn't have liked them when I was younger. If you are a lady or a guy with thin calves they are top quality material and very soft.
