Is this safe for litter boxes?

I don't know for sure but since it is basically in the air after you spray it I would think it is safe. Not sure though why you would want to use it for litter boxes. I have 2 cats and their boxes have never been so smelly that I would need such a strong odor eliminator. This spray is awesome and definitely will eliminate any odors in patient rooms.

can this be sprayed in an ostomy pouch. Is it safe to touch skin??

Don't know about ostomy pouch but should not be a problem if the spray gets on the skin (as opposed to spraying directly on skin)

Does it work on cigarette smell?

I bought it for urine smell and it did work. Not sure about other smells. Good luck!

Unfortunately, no.. The manufacturer only has the 1oz spray bottle and the 8oz refill.
