what size raquet does this fit and will it fill 4 3/8

It's holding 4 tennis racquets for me, plus a bunch of practice balls, a towel and a small ER kit. Best 20.00 I've spent in like forever.

It holds a racket 27.5" long with little room to spare. Recommend measuring your racket before purchase.

Will this fit tennis shoes and a change of clothes as well as the racket ?

Yes, the rackets fit snuggly (e.g. it won't fit if the racket is in a slip cover) because the bag is originally for racquetball, but they do fit.
