I purchased this to put outside and use as a rain drum. This did not disappoint! Such beautiful tones as rain drops fall.

Arrived on time, sounds beautiful and we love learning it! Only thing I'm not pleased with is purchasing it under the assumption it could be put out in the rain "RAIN DRUM" when it's steel and no holes in the bottom for drainage. Be sure to empty it if you've also purchased it under that impression or it'll rust and rot

This was a gift and the recipients are delighted with the melodic sounds that resonate from this rain drum. It comes with mallets so even a sunny day can be filled with music!

I have put the drum under our downspout so we can really hear the soothing sounds. It really is peaceful and calming!

This does not work in the rain unless it’s hailing. The instruction says do not get it wet yet. The video shows it outside in the rain. I am just going to do what my mom did and put little various items underneath the drips from the edge of the roof that pings when the drops hit it
