Great quality
It has nice heaviness to it and it looks way more expensive and luxurious then plastic hoses that hansgroche offers.

Very impressive commercial type metal shower hose.
Very nice hose. I thought it was to expensive until I called my local plumbing supply. A comparable Delta hose in brushed nickel was $110 plus tax ($21 more). My old Delta metal looking plastic hose looked crappy and its small inner hose restricted water flow. The Hansgrohe inner hose is larger, it improved water flow. Another nice feature is the swivel connectors on both ends. No more twisted hose, hangs straight and It looks very impressive too. Well worth it for equipment we use every day.

For a metal encased hose, this is surprisingly supple. The hose drapes smoothly like a rope made of silicone. And the swivel joints at each end ensure that it won't kink or twist.The connections screw on easily and do not leak - not even drip.It looks like a very high-quality item. Very well made.We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I received the flex hose with the sliding bar for the shower, but hated it. This hose is so beautiful and not too heavy. It works beautifully with the hand held shower we purchased. It is so much better than our old metal showerhose from years ago. You won't regret it if you purchase it.

It works fine. No problems
Bought this hose to replace the plastic lined hose that came with my shower head. It works fine. No problems. It is rather pricey.

Expensive but worth it
Bought a new Hansgrohe hand held shower that came with the plastic type hose, which is not only cheap looking, but it hangs terribly. Bought this metal one and it is really nice. Looks beautiful, hangs well.
