Bigger one is a little heavy. All are easy to handle. No instructions. 3 pieces yes.

They are clay pots not iron pots. They say they are pre seasoned, both colours. You just need to use them directly after washing.

Can I use it for frying fish or meat ?

Yes, but I would not recommend deep frying.
