Q: I have purchased this twice and both times it has been 3 servings short of the 30 day supply. Why?

I don't really have an answer, but a thought - perhaps you are using an overly full scoop.

Q: Does this dissolve easily in water or tea?

I stir it into coffee, with half & half. Need to stir for about 15-20 seconds to make sure it dissolves. Still sometimes there is some residual at the bottom of my cup of coffee.
