Terrible quality
This product looks nothing like the picture which has color and is bright green in tone. It is the color of sawdust. It is not fresh. It has no taste of lemongrass. It is like a bland powder.

This is cheaper than buying the little essential oils bottles that so not give value for money. -sad. I found this and I received it today. I put it in my body oil and Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth for my dog and cats. Lemongrass has worked really well for me in the past. This seems to be awesome as well.I am amazed how it was shipped so quickly. I love this item is dedicated to a cause. There is a world epidemic going on that is making the world crazy.Anyway, this is worth it! I can make my own essential oils. At a low brew, it taste great with sweetened black tea!!❤️May Peace Be With You!

Pretty decent
This organic lemongrass powder appears to be of good quality and fresh. It is a very fine ground that is easy to mix in your recipes. It is quite different from the raw, fresh lemongrass, which is what I normally use. The flavor is pretty decent, albeit light. It is fairly fragrantly. It is quite decent in herbal teas and cooking when I run out of raw lemongrass.This comes packaged in a sturdy, resealable plastic bag. Mine has a best before date of 01/2025, so about 1.5 year from now. Certified organic. Product of India. Overall, a decent alternative to the raw lemongrass. Not nearly as flavorful and fragrant as the real thing but not bad. The price seems reasonable for a 7 oz. bag.

Lemongrass powder
This lemongrass powder is fresh and delicious and worthy of taking a place in my spice pantry. I tried it out in a marinade for chicken thighs along with curry powder and turmeric in a bed of olive oil. The chicken thighs were amazing. Lemongrass added a depth to the curry flavor that was fantastic. I look forward to experimenting with this delightful spice more.

not a good lemongrass flavor
Its a milder flavor then anticipated and I tastes more of a lime flavor then lemongrass n the dish. Unfortunate it can not be returned
