Good quality
Good product, but the hexagonal tighing bolt and nut system is not so much strong, which holds the top and bottom .

Product is nice but it is not universal.
It is nice and solid, but we can't say it is universal for all sinks. The rubber is too thick too fit. I have to cut it down thinner to fix in my sink otherwise nut in the centre doesn't reach at the bottom.

Poor quality. Broken.
The neck of the coupling, where the pipe has to be tightened, came off even before trying to fix it. Quality of the metal looks poor, too. Easily dented.

Poor design with good quality
Good quality but the screw fixing given is not designed properly. Its difficult to fix. I cut my fingers while fixing it
