These small 'hurdles' are good for footwork drills (for any age), and plyometrics for young kids.You see similar products in a lot of training videos for soccer and other sports, and I found that it was a fun way for my kids to do some jump training (we also have a soft plyo box and an agility ladder so we set up a little 'obstacle course').My three year old can jump over the single hurdles and my five year old can use two for longer jumps or do other drills with them. I also used them with a 4/5 soccer practice (as the coach) and the kids were able to run through the hurdles without much difficulty, and when they missed none of the hurdles broke.Good product that should hopefully last for a while. Easy to transport, and price was fair.
